- It seems to me that even though the PCs parallel port is not exactly the
- same as the Amigas, that it would not be that difficult to create a small
- interface with a gal or fpga to do the logic translation. Discrete
- surface mount may be an option. It is the reverse engineering of the
- device's software that has me worried.

- Why do it? because there is great Par. Port equipment for small cost.
- Even the ZIP, Snappy, Modems, Ethernet adapters could benefit. Ugly?
- Maybe not, look at Trantor's Par. port SCSI adapters for PCs. Why,
- someone could make a driver for it.
